Washing & cleaning

Our many years of experience and individual washing recipes are the prerequisites for flawless results with new goods that have high requirements.
Whether soiling, unpleasant odors, a “used” look or color fixation, we deliver the desired result.
Our machines in various sizes, different drop heights and mechanics are also suitable for very delicate goods that need to look “like new” afterwards.
We will be happy to advise you on the various options in a personal meeting and prepare a customized offer for you.
Hygiene wash / disinfection
Mould stains, mildew, musty odors or fabrics and fillings contaminated with bacteria/germs can be removed by disinfecting hygiene washing.
The use of wash formulations with RKI approval from the Robert Koch Institute ensures that the hygiene problem is solved.
Of course, you have to consider the circumstances.
Particularly delicate ready-to-wear textiles as well as shoes, accessories, small items of furniture etc. cannot be washed without impairing their appearance.
There are other methods for this.
Talk to us about this!
Dry cleaning
Not all textiles can be washed with water and detergent without deforming or losing color.
Often, dry cleaning methods also help to clean all textiles.
- KWL as a replacement for F-cleaning
The gentle process to make parts “like new”.
With biodegradable, long-chain, non-halogenated hydrocarbons, skin compatibility and wear comfort are guaranteed and the goods appear as good as new.
Distillation ensures that the goods are always cleaned in the purest solvent without any dirt or color residues from previous batches. - PER cleaning
Traditional cleaning with perchloroethylene.
Reliably removes all grease and solvent soiling and can also be used for excess paint.
Is the basis for classification according to P labeling - Cleaning with new solvents
Many alternative cleaning agents have been tried in the chemical cleaning industry over the last 30 years, such as silicones, esters or ether compounds, liquid carbon dioxide, etc. – with varying degrees of success and problems.
Currently, in addition to kerosenes (= “long-chain hydrocarbons”), higher-grade alcohols and their mixtures are used, which have the advantage that they can dissolve polar and non-polar soiling at the same time.
You have to decide on a case-by-case basis whether the respective process is sufficient for the desired cleaning effect and does not produce any collateral problems.
We are familiar with this, just as we are able to incorporate cleaning processes with the new solvents Solvon K4 or Sensene into the refurbishment process. - Detachur – dry cleaning
This can be carried out simultaneously at several workstations.
The combination of detachment with dry cleaning makes it possible to treat even difficult stains on challenging fabrics.
Oil and grease-binding dry cleaning processes (for sewing machine oil!) also sometimes have a good chance of success.
You can also benefit from our experience with silicone precipitation (stains) or temperature-sensitive marking pens that only produce spots when cold.
