Animal infestation
The horror is great: when the containers are opened, dead mice, cats, snakes, scorpions and other creatures are revealed.
Are the goods in the boxes also affected?
Now it’s not just a question of who unloads the goods (the pest controller?).
Of course you can have your containers fumigated at the port, but do you really want the methyl bromide used on your boxes, bags and goods?
And: How do you get the excrement and urine smell of the animals off the boxes and the goods?
We will be happy to advise you on the decision to renovate and work out an effective and economical solution for you.
Or: The incoming goods inspection discovers spider webs, exotic flies and similar creepy-crawlies in the boxes.
Nobody wants to open the boxes any more.
Now there is only one solution:
Irradiation of the unopened cartons with high-energy electron radiation
When test irradiating individual cartons with sensors, it is ensured in advance that the sufficient lethal amount of radiation reaches all areas of the carton.
Once this has been clarified and all possible collateral damage (e.g. yellowing of plastic parts) has been ruled out, series sanitization can begin.
When the contents of the box are now unpacked for cleaning, all animals, spider eggs, pupae etc. are reliably dead.
