Stains & markings

There are many causes of stains and often these stains can be removed relatively easily and well.
Whether cleaning the textile or spot treatment is an option depends on the individual case.

Individual, infrequently occurring stains or soiling are detached (spot-treated).
If there is a lot of soiling on a part, this is no longer worthwhile and it must be washed professionally.
This does not change the appearance of the item and the customer will not notice any difference.
The item is “like new”.

Markings

Sewing companies often use special marking pens, so-called “magic pens”, “magic markers” etc., to mark the exact positioning of prints, appliqués, embroideries etc.. Manufacturers of these pens promise that these markings will dissolve under heat (ironing) or after some time. Unfortunately, this is not the case with some marking pens. Some of these pens are temperature-sensitive, but in both directions and at temperatures below 0°C the markings become visible again.

Detachment – local stain removal

This can be carried out simultaneously at several workstations.
The combination of stain removal with dry cleaning makes it possible to treat even difficult stains on challenging fabrics.
Oil and grease-binding dry cleaning processes (for sewing machine oil!) also sometimes have a good chance of success.

You can also benefit from our experience with silicone precipitation (stains) or temperature-sensitive marking pens, which only produce spots that reappear in the cold.
