Care label for textiles

What do the care labels on care labels actually mean and which ones are there?The currently valid international standard for care labeling is ISO 3758:2012 (German version EN ISO 3758:2012).
It regulates the “Textiles – Care label code” on the basis of symbols so that this can be done in a standardized way.
The European care label consists of the following symbols in the prescribed order

Washing

Bleach

Drying

Ironing

Professional textile care

The symbols are protected.
Commercial use requires compliance with the license conditions.
Incorrect labeling is not permitted.

In the USA, Japan and South Korea, there are sometimes different symbols and/or additional markings that are regulated in national standards or laws.
