Our company

NAKON was founded at the beginning of 2010 by shareholders who had been working in various textile processing companies since the 1990s. It took over the retrofitting division of Leimeister Pfriem GmbH & Co KG, which was dissolved and liquidated at the same time.

For us, the term textile processing now goes far beyond mere handling and finishing in the course of picking garments – we check, repair, finish, alter, develop and now also produce completely new garments for our customers

Why textile processing?

Over 95% of consumer goods and textiles purchased in Germany are produced in cheaper foreign countries and often arrive in Germany “just in time” at the last minute. However, it is not uncommon for the goods to be in unsaleable condition and need to be repaired – we can do this for you!

Thanks to the flexibility of our staff in Schweinfurt and our production facilities in CZ and PL, we can also rework large batches in a short space of time if required.

The usual Nakon quality means technical competence, adherence to deadlines and reliability through German-speaking contact persons with contract and insurance processing in accordance with German law.

Inexpensive and fast retrofitting work – whether washing, decontamination, re-dyeing, fixing, finishing, sorting, sewing or ironing – but also complete new developments according to your ideas.

How can you work with us?

For quality assurance purposes, you will receive a return sample from us free of charge before the start of the order with the processing proposed by us. This forms the basis for our parallel offer to you.

Our integration into the logistics systems of freight forwarders, parcel services and our own vehicles (8.5 tons and 3.5 tons hanging equipment) ensures that the goods are always with us or with you – hanging or lying – whether from Flensburg or Freiburg. On request, we will take care of the corresponding low-cost offers from our Czech, Polish or German forwarding agents, which we will pass on to you at no extra charge.

If you order transportation from us, the goods are insured in accordance with German law against the usual risks for €250,000 per transport. Higher amounts are also possible after prior notification.

We also have a customs permit for the inward processing of goods that have not yet been cleared for free circulation in the EU and have deposited the corresponding securities.

You can therefore send us your goods for processing before customs clearance with the corresponding T1 or goods from outside the EU, for example from Switzerland. We will then process them and send them back to your country with the appropriate accompanying documents.
